Executive Chef - Ar-Ruwais, Qatar (No English Required, Accommodation Provided)


We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. This position is ideal for an Indian national with a degree in a culinary field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience as an executive chef.

As the Executive Chef, you will be expected to oversee the operations of the kitchen and ensure that all meals are prepared according to established standards. You will also be responsible for developing new menu items, training and managing staff, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations, ordering supplies and ingredients, tracking food inventory levels, and maintaining accurate records of kitchen operations.

The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Must have strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate kitchen staff to produce high-quality dishes. Ability to work well under pressure is essential as well as excellent communication skills in order to interact effectively with customers and other members of the team.

Accommodation will be provided for this role. No English language proficiency is required.
