Online Consultant – Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE (Indians only, no English required, full time)

We are looking for an experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates (UAE). The ideal candidate must have a biometric passport and must be an Indian national.

The successful candidate should possess a strong knowledge of online consulting principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This is a full-time position that requires the applicant to work closely with our clients in order to develop effective solutions for their online needs.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Analyzing customer requirements and developing appropriate solutions
• Identifying potential issues with client projects and providing recommendations for improvement
• Generating detailed project plans and timelines
• Conducting research on relevant topics related to the project scope
• Developing presentations for clients on project progress and results
• Maintaining accurate records of client interactions
• Providing remote technical support where needed
• Assisting in the implementation of new technologies or strategies as required
• Collaborating with other teams within the organization to ensure successful completion of projects

The ideal candidate should have a degree or diploma in either computer science or business administration. Previous experience in an online consulting role is preferred but not essential. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and analytical skills are also required. Additionally, the applicant should be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team.
