Logistics Coordinator (Indian Nationality Preferred) – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We are looking for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position with the possibility of accommodation included.

The successful candidate should have a good understanding of logistics processes and be able to coordinate movement of goods within the region. They should be proactive and detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Ensuring that orders are planned and allocated in an efficient manner
• Monitoring stock levels and liaising with suppliers
• Preparing purchase orders according to customer requirements
• Tracking shipments and maintaining up-to-date records
• Negotiating freight rates with carriers
• Planning routes and schedules for delivery based on cost savings or time efficiency
• Liaising with customers regarding orders and deliveries

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role in a logistics company
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Working knowledge of logistics software (e.g. SAP)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Indian nationality preferred English proficiency required
