Administrative Assistant (English-Speaking, Preference for Malayalees)
This position is for an administrative assistant in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have experience in providing administrative support to a team, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. The ability to speak Malayalam is a big plus.

The primary responsibilities of the administrative assistant include providing clerical and administrative support to the team. This includes managing incoming calls, emails, scheduling appointments and meetings, organizing files and documents, preparing reports, tracking progress on projects, and coordinating travel plans. The administrative assistant must be detail-oriented and organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

In addition to the above duties, the successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting with any other tasks requested by management. This position requires a professional attitude at all times when working with colleagues or customers. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team.
