Administrative Assistant – Indians Preferred - Dukhan, Qatar
We are looking for an experienced and qualified Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. The successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills and be able to work independently.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years of experience in an administrative role. Fluency in English is essential, as well as proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, fax machines and scanners is also required.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization, including answering phones, filing documents and reports, managing emails and other correspondence with customers and vendors. They should also be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.

We prefer applicants from India due to their familiarity with the local language and culture. However, we welcome applications from all nationalities who meet the other outlined requirements.
