Hotel Manager (No Experience Needed) – Doha, Qatar (Indians Preferred)
We are looking for a Hotel Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should hold Indian nationality and should be able to communicate fluently in English. No prior experience is required as training will be provided.
The primary responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring that all services are provided efficiently and effectively; maintaining a high standard of customer service; developing and managing budgets; overseeing marketing activities; recruiting and managing staff; controlling costs and maximizing profitability; resolving customer complaints swiftly; liaising with suppliers and contractors; ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations; monitoring customer feedback.
The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills, strong leadership capabilities, problem-solving skills, good interpersonal skills, a good understanding of industry trends, knowledge of budgeting and financial management techniques, proficiency in computer systems such as Microsoft Office Suite. Additionally, knowledge of local regulations is preferred.
