Housekeeping Manager – Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Indians Preferred)
We are looking for a reliable Housekeeping Manager to oversee all duties and tasks related to the upkeep of our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating housekeeping services, managing staff, and ensuring that standards of cleanliness are met.

The ideal candidate should have at least two years’ experience in a similar role and possess strong organizational skills. Previous experience in housekeeping management is essential. The successful applicant should also have excellent communication skills and be able to maintain a professional relationship with staff and customers alike. Indians are preferred but not essential.

Main Responsibilities:
• Oversee all housekeeping operations within the facility
• Coordinate daily tasks for staff members
• Monitor staff performance and report any issues
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Maintain records of maintenance and cleaning supplies
• Develop new strategies to improve operational efficiency
• Liaise with suppliers for purchase of housekeeping equipment
• Respond to customer complaints in a timely manner
• Ensure standards of cleanliness are met
