Merchandiser (Egyptian Nationality Preferred) - Al-Kuwait, Kuwait
We are seeking a Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. The successful candidate must be willing and able to work in the country without accommodation and with visa sponsorship. Previous experience in the merchandising field is highly preferred.

The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and an eye for detail. They should be able to quickly identify customer needs and develop strategies for optimal product display. A successful Merchandiser will be expected to maximize sales opportunities through effective visual merchandising techniques while adhering to company guidelines.

Responsibilities include:
• Developing visual displays according to company guidelines
• Organizing merchandise into attractive displays
• Analyzing sales trends and customer preferences
• Identifying new ways of increasing sales through product placement
• Ensuring products are well-stocked and rotated regularly
• Evaluating competitor strategies for product display and pricing
• Maintaining accurate records of transactions and inventory levels
• Training other personnel on visual merchandising strategies

Requirements:
• Proven experience in a similar role (e.g., Visual Merchandiser)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Outstanding communication abilities—verbal, written, digital
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Knowledge of current trends in visual merchandising

Egyptian nationality is preferred but not required. Fluency in English is also required for this position.
