Job Title: Mediator - El-Fujairah, UAE (Preferential for Pakistanis and Africans with Biometric Passport)
We are looking for a Mediator to join our team in El-Fujairah, United Arab Emirates (UAE). This is a full-time role and we are preferential for applicants from Pakistan and African countries who have a biometric passport. We are open to applications from both men and women.

The successful applicant will be responsible for acting as an intermediary between parties involved in disputes or negotiations. They will mediate discussions, advise on procedures, research precedents, facilitate communication between the parties, generate options for resolving disputes, offer guidance and support to ensure agreements are reached.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to apply sound judgment in order to identify dispute resolution strategies. They should be able to manage difficult conversations while maintaining empathy and sensitivity towards all parties involved.
