We are looking for a Support Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate should have experience in the industry and be proficient in English. We are open to all nationalities.
The Support Manager will be responsible for providing technical and operational support to customers. You will be required to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, review customer data, analyze trends, and recommend solutions. You will also monitor customer feedback and provide reports on customer satisfaction levels. Additionally, you should be able to generate reports on performance metrics, identify process improvements, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
The successful candidate should have excellent problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and an aptitude for learning quickly.
