Office Clerk - Medina, Saudi Arabia
We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Office Clerk to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This position is a part-time role that offers free visa and ticket. The ideal candidate will be a fresher with excellent English communication skills.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office team, which includes a variety of tasks such as data entry and filing. They will also assist in organizing meetings and events, as well as maintaining office supplies and equipment. Additionally, they will be expected to answer phone calls and emails from customers, vendors, and other staff members.
The successful candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, have great attention to detail, and have great communication skills both verbally and written. They should also have the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. Additionally, they should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications such as Word and Excel. Preference may be given to applicants with prior experience working in an office environment who have a valid driver’s license.
