Housekeeping Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in the field of hotel and housekeeping management and should be fluent in English.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of housekeeping operations, including staff training and supervision, coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations, developing and maintaining a high level of service quality, and ensuring that all safety and health regulations are met. Additionally, they will be responsible for creating monthly work schedules for housekeeping staff, implementing efficient storage solutions for supplies and equipment, ensuring that budgets are met, and taking corrective action when necessary.

We are looking for an individual who is organized and able to work independently. The ideal candidate should also possess excellent leadership skills as well as strong problem-solving abilities. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience working in the hotel industry in Qatar or other Middle Eastern countries; however, nationals from African countries are encouraged to apply.
