Seasonal Concierge (No Experience Required) - Al-Rayyan, Qatar
We are looking for a Seasonal Concierge to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. This position is ideal for Malayalees without English-language proficiency and prior experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a range of services to ensure our guests’ stay is as pleasant as possible.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel, facilities, amenities, and services
• Handle guest inquiries relating to the hotel such as booking information, directions, local attractions and events
• Manage bookings for dining reservations, special occasions and other services
• Assist with luggage storage/transportation arrangements
• Handle cash transactions accurately when necessary
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their stay
• Ensure all public areas are kept clean and tidy at all times
• Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure rooms are adequately prepared for guests’ arrival
• Maintain records of telephone calls, emails, enquiries and complaints in an orderly manner.

Requirements:
• Must be a Malayalee national or have right to live and work in Qatar without needing sponsorship from employer
• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred but not mandatory
• Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to build relationships quickly
• Outstanding problem solving abilities with the ability to handle situations calmly under pressure
