Support Manager (Egyptian Nationality Preferred) - Part Time - Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Support Manager to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. This is a part-time position requiring no prior experience or accommodation. The ideal candidate should be an Egyptian national with excellent English communication skills.

As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers through our helpdesk system. You will also provide assistance in escalating customer issues to the appropriate teams and ensure that customer inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively. Additionally, you will be tasked with monitoring customer feedback and providing insights into customer satisfaction levels and areas of improvement.
