Support Manager - Ajman, UAE
We are seeking an experienced Support Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role and be familiar with customer service and customer support principles.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our customers and resolving any technical issues they may encounter. Additionally, the Support Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure that all customer requests are handled efficiently and promptly.
The ideal candidate must be able to handle multiple tasks at the same time and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as problem-solving abilities. A high level of patience and empathy is required when dealing with difficult customers. Knowledge of Indian culture is an advantage.
