Job Title: Administrative Coordinator – Dukhan, Qatar
We are searching for an organized and experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team by managing daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of our organization.
The ideal candidate must have a biometric passport, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. Previous experience is not required, but it is preferred. We also welcome candidates from all nationalities who can speak either English or Arabic. This is a part-time position that requires the ability to work flexible hours when needed. Accommodation will not be provided for this role.
The Administrative Coordinator’s main duties include but are not limited to:
• Maintaining records, filing systems, and databases
• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
• Assisting with travel arrangements and other administrative tasks
• Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner
• Liaising with staff members and other departments when needed
• Completing any other tasks assigned by the supervisor
