Administrative Manager (Indian, No English Required) - Al-Wakra, Qatar
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. This is a full-time position requiring experience in administrative management. The ideal candidate must be an Indian national and does not require knowledge of the English language. The successful applicant will need to have their own visa and be available to work on site.
The main responsibilities of the Administrative Manager include but are not limited to:
• Developing and implementing administrative systems, policies and procedures;
• Overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow;
• Managing staff schedules;
• Supervising personnel;
• Ensuring that all equipment and facilities are maintained;
• Preparing reports;
• Organizing meetings with internal and external stakeholders;
• Answering enquiries from staff and clients;
• Developing strategies for effective communication between departments.
Additionally, the successful candidate must possess excellent communication, organizational, problem solving and decision making skills. They must also have the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
