Housekeeping Manager - Al-Rayyan, Qatar
We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.

The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping staff, ensuring that guests have a pleasant and comfortable stay. Additionally, they will be expected to maintain high standards of cleanliness in all areas of the hotel.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Supervising housekeeping staff on a daily basis
• Ensuring that all guest rooms are clean and presentable
• Responding to guest inquiries in a timely manner
• Developing and implementing standards and procedures for housekeeping staff
• Maintaining a neat and organized work space
• Ensuring safety standards are met
• Managing inventories of cleaning supplies, linen, and other materials as needed.

Qualifications:
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
• Fluent English language skills (speaking, reading, writing) preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent problem solving skills.
