Retail Salesperson (Africans without Experience, UAE)

We are looking for a Retail Salesperson to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE. The ideal candidate should have a background in retail sales and be comfortable working with customers. No English language skills required. We are offering visa sponsorship for this role.

Responsibilities include:
• Greet customers in a friendly manner and answer their inquiries in a professional way
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their purchases
• Explain product features and benefits to customers
• Follow up with customers after the purchase to ensure satisfaction
• Ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and stocked
• Handle payments, returns, and exchanges
• Ensure that store operations are running smoothly

Qualifications:
• Previous retail sales experience preferred but not required
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
