We are seeking an experienced waiter to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for taking orders and delivering food and beverages to customers in a friendly and timely manner. You should have excellent customer service skills and be able to communicate effectively with customers. Additionally, you should be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate should be an Indian national, though nationality is not a strict requirement. This is a contract job with visa sponsorship and accommodation provided. We are also willing to consider freshers for this position.
Responsibilities:
• Greet customers upon arrival and take their orders
• Prepare drinks, dishes, and other items according to customer requests
• Ensure accuracy of orders and quality of meals served
• Clean and maintain the dining area in accordance with hygiene regulations
• Answer questions regarding menu items or specials
• Handle customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols at all times
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience as a waiter (freshers considered)
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety regulations
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift heavy trays or equipment when required
