Online Consultant – Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE (Indians Preferred)


We are looking for an experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have excellent English language skills and prior experience in a similar role. We are offering free visa and ticket for the selected candidate. As this role is suitable for men only, we prefer to hire Indian candidates.

The successful candidate will be expected to provide consultation services to our clients online and ensure that all queries are answered promptly and accurately. He will also be responsible for resolving any customer complaints or issues that may arise in connection with the provided services. Furthermore, he will be required to keep track of all transactions and maintain accurate customer records by updating our internal database regularly.

To qualify for this role, the candidate should have a degree in any related field and at least two years of previous experience working as an online consultant or a similar role. He must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Additionally, he should have the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment with minimal supervision.
