Real Estate Agent - Jabal-Ali, UAE
We are looking for a Real Estate Agent to join our team in Jabal-Ali, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have experience in the real estate industry and have knowledge of local regulations and procedures.

The responsibilities of the Real Estate Agent include:
• Negotiating deals between buyers and sellers of real estate properties
• Helping clients find suitable properties that match their requirements
• Assisting in preparing documents related to the sale and purchase of real estate properties
• Analyzing market trends and researching comparable sales to determine the value of properties
• Maintaining accurate records of all transactions
• Establishing strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
• Assisting clients with financing options for their purchases
• Collaborating with other professionals such as lawyers, appraisers, surveyors etc. as needed

The successful candidate should be able to work independently and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. Preference will be given to candidates from Pakistan or Egypt that are fluent in English and can commit to part-time work. Candidates must also have their own visa and accommodation will be provided if needed.
