Support Manager (Malayalees, English Speaking, Without Experience, With Accommodation, UAE)
We are looking for a Support Manager to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of customer service and support. The ideal candidate should have previous experience working in a customer service or support role.
The Support Manager will be responsible for providing superior customer service and technical support to our customers. They will be expected to ensure that all customer inquiries are handled in a timely and professional manner. They should also be able to troubleshoot technical issues quickly and efficiently.
The Support Manager should have excellent interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with both customers and colleagues in English. They should also have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Previous experience working in a customer service or technical support role is preferred but not required.
This position is open to Malayalees only, and accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate.
