Malayalee Chat Operator - Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE
We are looking for a Malayalee Chat Operator to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and will be a native Malayalee speaker with excellent written and verbal English skills.
Responsibilities include:
• Responding to customer inquiries through chat, email, phone or other social media platforms
• Providing accurate information in a timely manner
• Handling customer complaints and providing solutions
• Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Identifying and escalating priority issues
• Documenting customer service activities
• Participating in team meetings to discuss best practices and strategies for improving customer service
• Staying up-to-date on product features and services to provide accurate information
• Assisting with training of new employees.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Experience in a customer service role is highly desirable
• Native Malayalee speaker with excellent written and verbal English skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel) desired
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team is essential.
