We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in housekeeping and be familiar with the local culture. Preference will be given to Indian nationals who do not require English language proficiency.

The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department at our hotel. This includes ensuring that all staff are trained correctly, supervising staff performance and providing feedback, maintaining supplies and equipment, and keeping up with industry best practices for cleanliness, safety and hygiene standards. The Housekeeping Manager will also manage guest complaints and requests as needed.

The ideal candidate should have a college degree in hospitality management or a related field, as well as 3+ years of experience in housekeeping management. Good organizational skills and excellent communication skills are essential for this role. We are looking for someone who is highly motivated, organized and can take initiative to ensure that our guests have a pleasant stay with us.
