Administrative Assistant (Umm-Said, Qatar)
We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. The ideal candidate should be an Indian national with excellent English language skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including managing calendars and scheduling appointments, preparing reports and presentations, filing documents, maintaining databases and providing general office support. Additionally, they will be required to handle customer inquiries and provide customer service.

The successful candidate must have a minimum of two years of experience in an administrative role. They should possess excellent organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications is also necessary. A university degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
