Administrative Coordinator - Lusail, Qatar
We are looking for an organized and motivated Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and experience in administrative tasks.
The Administrative Coordinator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization. This includes managing calendars, scheduling appointments, preparing documents, organizing meetings and events, taking phone calls, and other duties as needed. The successful candidate will also be expected to provide assistance with customer service inquiries and follow up with customers as well as handle general inquiries from the public.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills (verbal and written), a good understanding of office procedures, is proficient in computer operations (MS Office), has excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, is able to work independently as well as within a team environment, is able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, is reliable in meeting deadlines and expectations, and preferably has prior experience in an administrative role. Preference will be given to candidates from India who are native English speakers or have fluency in English. Freshers are also welcome to apply.
