Executive Chef (Contract Job, with Accommodation - Preferably Indian) - Ar-Ruwais, Qatar
We are looking for an experienced Executive Chef to join our team and lead the restaurant kitchen in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. This is a contract job with accommodation provided. We are preferably looking for an Indian national who speaks English, but we are open to other nationalities as well.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar role. The successful candidate will have a strong background in creating menus, managing kitchen staff, developing recipes, and maintaining quality standards for all dishes served. You should be able to work well under pressure and manage all aspects of food preparation and cooking processes.

Responsibilities include:
• Developing menus based on customer preferences
• Managing kitchen staff and assigning tasks
• Ensuring quality standards are met for all dishes
• Planning ingredients' purchase according to budget
• Maintaining hygiene standards in the kitchen
• Assisting with recipe development and presentation of dishes
• Creating new recipes to keep customers coming back
• Monitoring food costs and controlling expenditure

Requirements:
• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
• Knowledge of sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
• Ability to lead a team of kitchen staff
