Front Desk Receptionist in Al-Rayyan, Qatar
We are looking for an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a friendly and professional demeanor who is able to interact with customers and visitors in a positive and welcoming manner.
The successful candidate should have an excellent command of English, as well as a strong understanding of the local culture. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working as a receptionist and be able to handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information. Additionally, the successful candidate must be organized, reliable and possess exceptional multitasking skills.
Responsibilities include:
• Greeting visitors upon arrival in a professional and friendly manner
• Handling customer inquiries both in-person and over the phone
• Answering telephone calls in a timely manner
• Scheduling appointments
• Keeping the front desk area clean and orderly
• Maintaining accurate records of customer data
• Processing payments when necessary
Qualifications:
• Previous front desk receptionist experience is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• A strong command of English language
• Knowledge of local culture is desirable
