We are looking for a Realtor to join our growing team in Jabal-Ali, United Arab Emirates. The successful candidate will be responsible for helping clients find the perfect piece of real estate that meets their needs and budget.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the local real estate market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and an ability to work independently. Preference will be given to candidates who are Indian nationals and have experience working in a real estate setting.

In this role, you will:
• Conduct market research to identify potential properties for clients
• Negotiate transactions between buyers and sellers
• Provide advice on current market trends, property prices, loan options, etc.
• Handle paperwork associated with real estate transactions
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to real estate transactions
• Maintain positive relationships with clients and other stakeholders
This is a contract job with accommodation and visa sponsorship provided.
