International Lawyer vacancy in El-Fujairah UAE

International Lawyer (India Contract) - El-Fujairah, UAE
We are looking for an experienced International Lawyer to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal advice and support on a broad range of international law matters.

The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in international law and be familiar with the laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates. Preference will be given to candidates of Indian nationality or those who do not need to demonstrate English language proficiency/fluency.

Specifically, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
• Advising on international legal issues and risks associated with various projects.
• Representing clients in court, if necessary.
• Drafting agreements relating to international law matters, such as trade contracts and corporate documents.
• Negotiating terms of contracts with foreign entities.
• Identifying cross-border legal issues and providing appropriate solutions.
• Researching new laws related to international transactions and advising clients accordingly.
