Job Title: Construction Manager – El-Ain, UAE (Preference for Indian Biometric Passport Holders with English Language Skills)

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team in El-Ain, UAE. The ideal candidate should have at least five years of experience in construction management and should be able to demonstrate excellent organizational and communication skills. Preference will be given to candidates possessing Indian biometric passport and English language skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire construction process including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution of construction activities. The Construction Manager will also need to ensure that all safety regulations are adhered to and that all construction activities are carried out according to the project specifications. Additionally, they will need to coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of the construction project.

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in civil engineering or a related field as well as excellent leadership capabilities. They should also have excellent problem-solving skills as well as strong knowledge of building materials and techniques. Knowledge of local building regulations is also essential for this role.
