Administrative Director (Part Time, Qatar)


We are seeking an experienced Administrative Director to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. This is a part-time position with accommodation and free visa and ticket provided. The ideal candidate should be an Indian national who does not need to be proficient in English for the job.

The Administrative Director will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the organization, managing staff, and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed on time. Responsibilities include developing strategies to improve operational efficiency, creating and implementing new policies and procedures, budgeting, overseeing recruitment of new personnel, preparing reports for senior management, and providing leadership in all administrative functions.

The successful candidate should have excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail as well as good problem solving abilities. He/she should also have excellent communication skills both verbal and written in order to effectively interact with staff at all levels. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
