Housekeeping Manager – Al-Rayyan, Qatar (English Speaking Preferred)
Our company is looking for an experienced Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The successful candidate should be a highly organized individual with excellent customer service skills.

The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of housekeeping operations, ensuring that the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation are achieved and maintained throughout the property. This includes overseeing the daily work schedules of housekeepers and ensuring that all duties are completed in a timely manner. The successful applicant will also be responsible for training, motivating, and evaluating staff members to ensure peak performance. They will also be responsible for developing strategies to reduce costs while maintaining high standards of quality.

Requirements include at least three years' experience as a housekeeping manager in a similar hotel or resort environment, excellent communication skills (preferably English speaking), strong customer service skills, and an appreciation for cultural diversity (applicants from India and Egypt are particularly welcome).
