Office Assistant (Pakistani Nationals, Abu Dhabi, UAE)


We are looking for a reliable Office Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The position is open for Pakistani nationals only and no English proficiency is required. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in office administration and be comfortable with working full-time hours. Accommodation will not be provided by the company. This job opening is suitable for male applicants only.

Your main duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: managing daily office operations, coordinating with other departments, preparing and submitting reports to management, maintaining filing systems, organizing meetings, overseeing office supplies inventory, assisting visitors and customers as needed, and handling other tasks as assigned. You must possess good organizational skills as well as excellent communication abilities both in written and verbal forms.
