Office Assistant in Khawr Fakkan, UAE (Full-Time with Visa Sponsorship)
We are looking for an experienced Office Assistant to join our team in Khawr Fakkan, United Arab Emirates. This is a full-time role with visa sponsorship. This position requires excellent English language skills and fluency in spoken and written English is strongly preferred.
We are seeking an individual who is highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively. The successful candidate must be able to work independently yet maintain good communication within the team. The ideal candidate should also have strong interpersonal skills as they will be dealing with customers on a regular basis.
This position requires strong administrative skills as it involves managing office correspondence, scheduling appointments, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, filing documents, etc. In addition, the applicant must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office software such as Word and Excel.
