Job Title: Moderator (Biometrics, African Nationals Preferred) - Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE
We are looking for an experienced Moderator to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and moderating our online content and activities.

The ideal candidate must have experience with biometric passports and must hold a valid passport. Preference will be given to applicants from African countries who do not require English language proficiency. This is a contract position and the successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary package.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Monitoring content on social media platforms for accuracy and compliance with company policies
• Moderating online activities such as blogs, forums, and other interactive tools
• Enforcing site rules and regulations regarding user behavior
• Identifying inappropriate comments or posts and taking action as required
• Analyzing user feedback and identifying trends in user behavior
• Making recommendations for improving online content or user experience
• Handling customer enquiries or complaints in a professional manner
• Performing research into industry trends, current events, competitor activities, etc.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a moderator/content reviewer/moderator analyst is preferred
• Experience with biometric passports preferred
• Ability to analyze large amounts of data accurately and quickly
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• African nationals preferred but not required
