Mediator (Freshers) – El-Fujairah, UAE (Preferably Indian with Biometric Passport)


We are looking for a Mediator to join our team in El-Fujairah, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should preferably be of Indian origin and possess a biometric passport.

The Mediator will be responsible for helping to resolve conflicts between two or more parties. This involves researching the facts, listening to the parties involved, and helping them come up with a solution that is acceptable for all sides. Additionally, the Mediator should be able to provide advice on legal rights and responsibilities of each party involved in the conflict.

The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills and a strong sense of fairness and justice. They should also be able to remain unbiased when assessing the situation. Fluency in English is essential as this role requires extensive communication with the parties involved in the dispute. Previous experience in a similar role is not necessary; we are open to freshers who have an aptitude for problem-solving and are eager to learn new skills.
