Major assistant vacancy in El-Fujairah UAE

Major Assistant - El-Fujairah, UAE (Indian Nationals Preferred)
We are looking for a Major Assistant to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. The successful candidate must be an Indian national willing to work on a contract basis. No experience is necessary, making this an ideal role for freshers.

The Major Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the department they are assigned to and help with the daily operations of the company. They will have to manage all incoming calls and emails and respond appropriately as well as liaise with other departments. They will also be responsible for maintaining records accurately and preparing reports on a regular basis. Other duties include organizing meetings, taking notes during them, and organizing travel arrangements for personnel when required.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and/or Hindi, as well as strong organizational abilities. They should also have good IT skills including MS Office and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
