Secretary (Fresher, No English Required, Contract Job with Accommodation)

We are looking for a Secretary to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative and secretarial support to the organization.

Responsibilities:
• Manage daily correspondence, filing, and other administrative tasks
• Prepare letters, memos, reports, and other documents
• Maintain detailed records of meetings and conferences
• Handle incoming emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication
• Assist in scheduling meetings and appointments
• Provide support for travel arrangements
• Maintain office supplies inventory.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is preferred
• Previous experience as a secretary or relevant position is an advantage
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Good interpersonal and communication skills Preferred Nationality: Indian.
