Chat Operator - Ajman, UAE (Indian Nationals Preferred)
We are looking for an experienced Chat Operator to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in customer service or a similar role and must be an Indian national. Proficiency in English is not required, but bilingualism is preferred.

This is a contract job; therefore, the successful candidate must have a valid work permit in the UAE and must be willing to relocate to Ajman if necessary. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries via chat, resolving customer issues, and providing advice and guidance on products/services. Other duties involve troubleshooting technical issues and assisting sales teams with product development.
