We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a similar role and be an effective leader with excellent communication and organizational skills.

The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily cleaning operations of the hotel and maintaining high standards of cleanliness. This includes managing staff schedules, assigning tasks, delegating duties, and monitoring performance. They will also inspect rooms, public areas, and other facilities to ensure they are kept in pristine condition.

The successful candidate should have excellent customer service skills and be able to manage any complaints or issues that arise with guests or staff. They should also be able to keep accurate records of supplies and materials used in order to optimize the budget for cleaning operations.
