Administrative Assistant - Umm-Said, Qatar
We are seeking an experienced administrative assistant to join our team in Umm-Said, Qatar. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Fluency in English is required, and preference will be given to candidates who are native English speakers or who have strong language skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records and data entry. You will also be responsible for answering and directing phone calls and emails from customers and other stakeholders. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing meetings, conferences and other events as required.

We prefer candidates with experience working in an administrative role or related position; however, we are willing to consider fresh graduates if they have the right attitude and aptitude. Preference will also be given to candidates of African or Malayalee nationality.
