Oenologist - Haur-Fakkan, UAE
We are seeking a qualified Oenologist to join our team in Haur-Fakkan, UAE. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Oenology or related field and at least 2 years of relevant experience. Preference will be given to candidates with biometric passports and the ability to speak Arabic.

The responsibilities of the Oenologist include analyzing wines for their aroma, flavor, color, body, texture and other characteristics; conducting research into new varieties of grapes and techniques; selecting grapes from vineyards based on quality; managing fermentation processes; and providing recommendations on blending wines. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for keeping records of tastings and laboratory tests; teaching winemaking techniques to staff; maintaining quality control standards; and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
