Job Title: Handyman - Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE (No English Required)
We are seeking an experienced Handyman to join our team in Umm-al-Qaiwain, UAE. This position is open to all nationalities and no English language skills are required. The ideal candidate should possess excellent problem solving and multitasking abilities, and be able to work quickly and efficiently with minimal supervision.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Perform repairs for plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, painting, and other related tasks
• Inspect buildings to identify repair and maintenance requirements
• Repair or replace defective equipment parts as necessary
• Follow safety regulations when performing repairs
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace
• Responsible for ordering materials for repair jobs
• Ensure compliance with local building codes
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements:
• Proven experience working as a handyman or similar role
• Ability to read technical manuals, drawings, blueprints etc.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues using problem solving skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to the job
• Excellent time management skills • Preferred but not required: Own visa / Malayalees
