Waiter (Malayalee/English-Speaking) - Umm-Salal, Qatar
We are seeking a professional and experienced Waiter who is fluent in Malayalee or English to join our team in Umm-Salal, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, and serving food and drinks.

The ideal candidate should have proven experience as a Waiter, preferably with experience in the hospitality industry. Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field is preferred but not required. We offer free accommodation and visa/ticket sponsorship to the successful candidate.

Responsibilities:
• Greet customers and present menus
• Make recommendations or share additional information upon request
• Take orders and serve food and beverages
• Check dishes for quality and quantity before serving them to customers
• Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service is provided
• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, and glasses
• Answer questions or make recommendations for other products
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
• Clean up after guests have finished dining

Requirements:
• Proven work experience as a Waiter or Waitress at least 1 year of experience (preferably in hospitality)
• Excellent presentation skills
• Knowledge of hygiene regulations
• Familiarity with industry’s best practices
• Ability to remain professional in challenging situations

Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or related field
