Job Title: Librarian - Dubai, UAE (Egyptian Preferred)
We are looking for a Librarian to join our team in Dubai, UAE (Egyptians preferred). This position is open to both men and women without any prior experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing and maintaining our library's collection of books, magazines, and other materials. This includes cataloging items, managing circulation, providing research support, and training other staff members on how to use the library’s systems. The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and have excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
• Catalog new materials and maintain existing catalogs
• Manage circulation of materials by tracking loans and returns
• Provide research support by helping patrons locate materials or utilize online resources
• Train staff members on how to use the library’s systems
• Supervise volunteers or student assistants
• Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing paperwork or creating reports
• Create displays that promote library events or featured authors/topics
• Create programming content such as book clubs or children’s story time

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or related field preferred but not required
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of library classification systems such as Dewey Decimal System is preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
