Online Consultant (No English Required, Accommodation Provided) - Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Ras-al-Khaimah, UAE. This position has no language requirement and we will provide accommodation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice and assistance to customers online. This may include answering customer queries related to product features and prices, providing technical support, and ensuring excellent customer service. The consultant must be able to work independently and have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

The ideal candidate should have previous experience in an online customer service role, excellent communication skills (preferably in Hindi or Arabic), strong problem-solving abilities, and good knowledge of internet technologies. The ability to work under pressure is also essential. Preference will be given to applicants with Indian nationality.
