Mediator - El-Fujairah, UAE (No English Required)

We are seeking an experienced Mediator to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving disputes between parties through negotiation and other creative dispute resolution mechanisms.

The ideal candidate should have excellent interpersonal skills and a strong background in mediation and conflict resolution. We prefer candidates who are of Indian nationality but this is not a strict requirement. The job is full time.

Responsibilities of the Mediator will include:
• Identifying the issues that need to be addressed and helping the parties come to an agreement
• Facilitating conversations between the parties to help them understand each other's points of view
• Analyzing the facts involved in a dispute and suggesting possible solutions
• Negotiating settlements between parties that are mutually acceptable
• Developing strategies for resolving conflicts without resorting to legal action
• Keeping records of all proceedings related to mediation activities.
