Job Title: Chat Operator - Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE
We are seeking a Chat Operator for our office in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a chat operator and be fluent in English. This is a contract job and does not include accommodation. We welcome applications from both men and women, preferably Indian nationals.

The responsibilities of the Chat Operator include but are not limited to:
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner via chat or other communication channels
• Provide accurate information about products, services, or other inquiries
• Monitor customer feedback and escalate any issues as needed
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Provide suggestions for process improvement when necessary.

Applicants should have excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Knowledge of customer service best practices is preferred.
